They also have great lunch to go options and if the weather is nice you can sit outside at one of their tables and enjoy the weather. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had Grace Catering Company in Alta for the first time last Thursday, and I was seriously impressed. Their menu changes weekly, which keeps things fresh and exciting, and everything we had was absolutely fantastic. If you’re a sweets person, do yourself a favor and grab the monster cookies… they are UNBELIEVABLE. Great food, great experience, and we’ll definitely be back. I didn’t get any photos this time, but I’ll be fixing that on our next visit! Since it was my first time there the staff took their time with me to explain the different options they have and the pricing. Don’t feel like cooking tonight? Give Grace a try!

Grace Catering catered our daughter and son-in-law's wedding in August. Our guests are still talking about the food. The food was hot, delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the first tasting to the final cleanup, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. We can't thank you all enough! Highly recommended. We look forward to seeing you all at our son and future daughter-in-law's wedding next year!

Grace Catering catered our daughter and son-in-law's wedding on July 26. From our tasting a year out (which blew us away), to completion a few weeks ago, Grace Catering was so pleasant to work with. Renee was always prompt and courteous with answers to our questions and concerns. Our menu consisted of the following: Bacon Wrapped Smokies, Cold Pinwheel platter, and Potato Poppers with Bacon and Sour Cream Dip. Entrees were Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Roast Beef (which you could have cut with plastic forks) and Caramelized Onion Gravy, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Bacon Dill Carrots (absolutely delicious), Renee's Signature Salad, and Dinner Rolls with Cinnamon Honey Butter! We have received rave reviews from all of our family and friends; they have "never had such delicious wedding food!". Renee and her Staff were also so very helpful and accommodating to us during the transition from the ceremony setting to reception mode. The meal was served hot and on time, with beautiful presentation. We could not have received better service! In closing, Renee and her Staff are amazing! What a refreshing breath of fresh air during our wedding planning! We were able to treat our guests to a delicious meal, at a very fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend Grace Catering. What services does Grace Catering Company offer?

We specialize in event catering and Take N’ Bake meals, along with a variety of homemade foods, baked goods, soups, salads, and desserts.

Do you provide options for smaller meals or individual servings?

Yes! We offer box lunches, soups and chili (rotating), and Take N’ Bake meals that are perfect for individuals or families.

Can I purchase items other than meals?

In addition to meals, we also have a variety of our homemade baked goods, salads, sandwiches, as well as soups in the fall and winter or quinoa bowls in the spring and summer. We also sell Renée’s Recipe Collection cookbooks and local honey.

How long has Grace Catering Company been in business?

We’ve proudly served Central Illinois since 2013, delivering homemade flavors and exceptional catering services for over a decade.

What inspired the start of Grace Catering Company?

Our journey began when our owner sold over 15,000 copies of her cookbook, which led to numerous requests for catering services—and the rest is history!

How do take & bake meals work?

Customers can come into our shop any time during our business hours to browse and purchase meals from our refrigerator or freezer. We sell most meals in two different sizes. The smaller size is typically 2-4 servings. The larger size will usually feed about 6-8 people. Our menu is on a six-week rotation. You can see what we’re cooking each day by clicking on our weekly menu tab. In addition to the meals we’re cooking that particular day, we also have a supply of previously made meals in our refrigerator and freezer, so at any given time we have between 20-40 different meal options available. You do not need to order ahead, but if you’d like to ensure that a favorite meal of yours isn’t sold out, you may call our shop to reserve meals. All meals are labeled with heating instructions and allergens. Most meals may also be frozen.

Do you sell gluten free or dairy free meals or meals suitable for other dietary restrictions?

We typically make some wheat free foods almost every day, but because we use wheat products in our kitchen, we can’t guarantee that they are 100% gluten-free. We also make some dairy free foods. We use nuts in some of our foods, so our kitchen is not 100% nut-free. All of the most common allergens are listed on the label on each meal. Because there are so many different dietary restrictions, we cannot accommodate them all, but we do our best to offer a wide range of options. We do not specialize in low sodium foods.

Do you offer healthier meal options?

We make a “Trim & Healthy” line of food that includes healthier ingredients such as quinoa, brown rice, cauliflower rice, vegetables, and olive oil, as well as some keto-friendly options.

How do I get more information on having an event catered?

The best way to check our availability, catering menu, and pricing is to reach out via email. Our weekends tend to book months in advance for fully serviced catering, but we have more availability to do pickup orders for smaller events or weekday pickup or drop off orders for business lunches, etc.
